Purchases, restoration, and subscription management are available in the grown-up area behind the parental gate. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play.
When contacting us
Please include the device type, operating-system version, app version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send a child's name, photo, voice recording, or other personal information.

Укажите модель устройства, версию операционной системы, версию приложения и краткое описание ситуации. Не отправляйте имя ребёнка, фотографии, записи голоса или другие персональные данные.
